Chico Poker (Action Poker) has never been popular in Europe which is easy to tell since Action Poker is not licensed in Europe. Action Poker which was called Tiger Gaming in the past has mainly targeted US and Canadian players.

Action Poker has not been able to accept Americans since UIGEA. The network has barely managed to stay alive and we assume it is the Canadian playerbase with brands such as PokerInCanada.com that kept the network alive.

In the fall of 2011 Action Poker experienced a monhtly growth of 25-50%. This could be due to the fact that IGT Poker and IPN have pulled out of the Canadian market making Action Poker Network a popular choice.
