Noble Poker was the largest poker room on the iPoker network at the time when the deal was made.
Noble Poker was formerly promoted by CasinoPartners (now called EuroPartners) who allegedly is a sub-division of Playtech exclusively promoting Playtech licensed casinos and poker rooms.
Today in 2012 EuroPartners is most well-known for its brands such as Titan Poker & Casino Tropez.
The purchase didn't turn out not to be a success given that the casinos was sold for less only 1,5 years later to Party Gaming for $10,000,000 less than what Empire Online paid for the casinos.
